Reserve your seat and raise a glass to a champagne dinner we’re sure you won’t stop raving about—at least until the next one.

POP. SIZZLE. CELEBRATE.

Our champagne dinner is back by popular demand. And this time, we’re popping and pairing bubbly exclusively from Veuve Clicquot, one of France’s most iconic champagne houses, with five delicious courses. You’ll start off the evening with a champagne cocktail before we fill your flute with their fêted Yellow Label Brut. This year marks the 200th anniversary of Veuve Clicquot Rosé, and we’ll be pairing the fruit-forward champagne with our third course, followed by the Veuve Clicquot Vintage alongside our sizzling entrée. And to top off your night: their Demi-sec with dessert.

1776

Philippe Clicquot, from a family of bankers and textile merchants, already owns vinyards and decides to establish a wine business.

1805

When François Clicquot, the founder's son, dies, his widow is 27. It takes her only a few weeks to come to a decision. She thus becomes one of the first businesswomen of modern times.

1810

Madame Clicquot proves her innovative prowess by creating the first recorded vintage champagne in the region

1816

Madame Clicquot invents the first riddling table, which guarantees a crystal-clear wine. This process continues to be used today.

Madame Clicquot creates the first "rosé d'assemblage" by blending some of her Bouzy red wines with her champagne.

1877

The ‘V.Clicquot P. Werlé’ Yellow label trademark is registered on 12 February 1877.

1986

LVMH (Moët-Hennessy - Louis Vuitton) is founded.

2018

Ruth’s Chris Steak House pairs their signature sizzling steak with champagnes from Veuve Cliquot.
