Veuve Clicquot Tastemaker Dinner

Raise a glass and a fork to a menu inspired by one of France’s most iconic champagne houses.


Founded in 1772, Veuve Clicquot’s motto is this: “one quality, the finest.” Back by popular demand, join us select nights in August for a special TasteMaker Dinner featuring this world-renowned vineyard. Our chefs have created 5 incredible courses for this event, inspired by Veuve Clicquot’s deep French heritage. The menu features dishes like Lobster Agnolotti, an indulgent Filet Mignon & Buttered Crab Cake, and a traditional Apple Tarte Tatin for dessert.  It’s a champagne pairing experience sure to make for a sparkling night out.

Veuve Clicquot’s story began more than 200 years ago. It’s a winery rich in tradition, and world-renowned  for its innovation in champagne production. Today, it is one of the most well-celebrated wines in the world. Learn more about Veuve Clicquot’s history below.



Philippe Clicquot, from a family of bankers and textile merchants, already owns vinyards and decides to establish a wine business.


When François Clicquot, the founder's son, dies, his widow is 27. It takes her only a few weeks to come to a decision. She thus becomes one of the first businesswomen of modern times.


Madame Clicquot proves her innovative prowess by creating the first recorded vintage champagne in the region


Madame Clicquot invents the first riddling table, which guarantees a crystal-clear wine. This process continues to be used today.

Madame Clicquot creates the first "rosé d'assemblage" by blending some of her Bouzy red wines with her champagne.


The ‘V.Clicquot P. Werlé’ Yellow label trademark is registered on 12 February 1877.


LVMH (Moët-Hennessy - Louis Vuitton) is founded.


Ruth’s Chris Steak House pairs their signature sizzling steak with champagnes from Veuve Clicquot.
