These holiday sides are chilled by choice, not chance. Sized to share and made to travel, they’re your shortcut to showing up with something enjoyable—whether it’s your table or someone else’s. Just follow the reheating guides below and let the oven do the heavy lifting. You bring the dish. We’ll bring the flavor.

Au Gratin Potatoes*

  1. Remove plastic wrap and lid and cover with aluminum foil
  2. Place covered dish in a preheated 300°F oven and bake until internal temperature reaches 165°F *Small: 40-60 minutes. Medium: 60-80 minutes. Large: 100-120 minutes*
  3. Remove covered dish from oven and remove aluminum foil
  4. Turn on the broiler option of the oven
  5. Sprinkle mixed cheese evenly over the top and place under the broiler for 1-4 minutes until cheese is golden brown

Creamed Spinach*

  1. Remove plastic wrap and lid from container and pour into a large nonstick soup pot
  2. Cook on low heat for about 25 minutes until spinach is tender and internal temperature reaches 165°F
  3. Please note: you may need to add ¼ - ½ cup of milk or half & half to the dish during the reheating process

*Cooking times may vary depending on the equipment used. Our chefs recommend using a thermometer and start with the lowest recommended cook time. Always check the temperature of the center of the dish. Continue cooking in 5 minute intervals as needed until desired temperature and color are achieved

Ruth’s Sausage & Herb Stuffing*

  1. Pre-heat the conventional oven (no fan) to 350°F.
  2. Remove stuffing from fridge and arrange in your favorite serving dish. Cover with aluminum foil lid and place in pre-heated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until it reaches 165°F internal temperature. Use a timer and check with a thermometer.
  3. Carefully remove from the oven and remove the aluminum foil and serve immediately.

Sweet Potato Casserole*

  1. Remove plastic wrap and lid and cover with aluminum foil
  2. Place covered dish in a preheated 300°F oven and bake until internal temperature reaches 140°F *Small: 20-30 minutes. Medium: 30-40 minutes. Large: 60-90 minutes*
  3. Remove covered dish from oven and remove aluminum foil
  4. Bring oven temperature up to 350°F
  5. Sprinkle pecan topping evenly over the top and bake at 350°F for another 5 – 10 minutes until golden brown

Roasted Brussels Sprouts*

  1. Remove the plastic wrap and lid from the tray.
  2. Preheat your conventional oven to 350°F.
  3. Melt the provided bacon fat until it reaches a creamy consistency.
  4. Drizzle the melted bacon fat over the Brussels Sprouts and mix well to coat evenly.
  5. Bake in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 165°F:
    • Medium Size: 25–35 minutes
    • Large Size: 30–40 minutes
  6. Five minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the bacon to the pan and mix well.
  7. While that finishes, melt the honey butter until creamy.
  8. Once the Brussels Sprouts reach 165°F, remove from the oven, drizzle with honey butter, and mix well before serving.

Roasted Turkey Breast Reheating Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the conventional oven (no fan) to 350°F.
  2. Remove turkey from fridge, remove the aluminum lid and pour the 2 cups of chicken stock into the container. Cover with aluminum lid and place in pre-heated oven for 60 minutes. Use a timer.
  3. After 60 minutes, increase oven temperature to 450°F, remove the aluminum lid and cook for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature of 165°F has been reached.
  4. Once 165°F has been reached, remove from oven carefully and using tongs transfer out of the container onto a cutting board, cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  5. Carve and arrange in your favorite serving dish.

Sausage & Herb Stuffing Reheating Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the conventional oven (no fan) to 350°F.
  2. Remove stuffing from fridge and arrange in your favorite serving dish. Cover with aluminum foil lid and place in pre-heated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until it reaches 165°F internal temperature. Use a timer and check with a thermometer.
  3. Carefully remove from the oven and remove the aluminum foil and serve immediately.

Turkey Gravy Reheating Instructions

  1. Remove gravy from the fridge and transfer to a non-stick saucepot and slowly bring to a boil. Be careful not to scorch.
  2. Once it comes to a boil, remove from the heat, and transfer to your favorite sauce boat dish and serve immediately
