Join us for the first TasteMaker Dinner of its kind, featuring the iconic sparkling wines from Champagne Taittinger and Domaine Carneros. Our chefs have created a four-course menu especially for this event, inspired by the vibrant and fresh flavors of summer.
The distinctive style of wine produced by Champagne Taittinger is the result of a quest for quality and the beautiful synergy of its Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. The Taittinger family has managed the Champagne House in France for nearly a century, and their goal has always been the pursuit of excellence.
Domaine Carneros was established in 1987 when the Taittinger family purchased 138 acres in the heart of Carneros in Napa Valley to create a New World wine estate. Today, Domaine Carneros is known for its sparkling wines made using the traditional Champagne method. The grounds feature a Château inspired by the 18th-century Château de la Marquetterie, found in Champagne, France.

Domaine Carneros shares its distinguished heritage with Champagne Taittinger. All of these sparkling wines are produced using the same exacting méthode traditionnelle, the labor-intensive process whereby wine undergoes a secondary fermentation inside the bottle. While this process is the most time consuming and costly way to produce sparkling wine, and it produces the world’s finest sparkling wines: rich and complex with bubbles that create a pleasant, and creamy sensation on the palate.
