Chad’s passion for the restaurant business is very evident with his love of great food, wine and impeccable service. He has 21 years in the restaurant industry after serving his country in the U.S. Army after the 1st Gulf War. He is a level 1 Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Cicerone. Chad enjoys spending time with family and friends on and off of the golf course.
Chef Timothy Bowen started cooking 20 years ago in Charlotte, North Carolina. He grew to love and appreciate the Culinary Arts while working out of necessity and decided to make it his career. Inspired by his late father who cooked family dinners often and used Timothy to prep at a young age, he fell in love with food. After attending Culinary School, Chef Bowen focused on Italian, French, and Contemporary Southern Cuisines, working in mostly scratch kitchens where Timothy gained the knowledge and skill set needed to be successful in this challenging industry. He enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and watching sports in his spare time.
Kathryn has always had a passion for the Hospitality Industry, even starting as dishwasher at a mom and pop restaurant in Rochester, NY. She graduated from Ashland University in 2010 with a degree in hospitality and, during her time there, took on an internship with Walt Disney World. She started her career after college with Intercontinental Hotels Group in Cleveland, Ohio as a Food and Beverage Coordinator. She then took on a management role in sales and marketing with Sage Restaurant Group and transferred out to Denver, CO to assist with opening new restaurants. During her time with Sage she went on to receive her master's in marketing from the University of Findlay. Kathryn is excited to be a part of the ever-growing Ruth's Chris Steak House brand and to be a new resident of Charlotte! She shares this passion for the hospitality industry with her boyfriend who works as an Executive Sous Chef. They enjoy experiencing new restaurants and traveling in their spare time.
