As part of its national pairing dinner series, Ruth’s Chris Steak House will host an unforgettable evening with a special pairing dinner featuring Veuve Clicquot Champagne at 102 participating restaurants nationwide. On March 30 and March 31, guests will embark on a memorable culinary adventure featuring critically acclaimed champagne from the famed house of Veuve Clicquot.

“The celebratory spirit of our founder Ruth Fertel was the inspiration behind this dinner. From the high scoring Vintage 2004 to the prized Rose, guests will experience a variety of exquisite Veuve Clicquot selections paired with outstanding culinary inspirations created by our executive chef,” said Cheryl Henry, Senior Vice President and Chief Branding Officer of Ruth’s Hospitality Group, Inc.

The featured menu includes:

  • First Course - Rolled Salmon Sashimi Bermuda Onion-Daikon-Cucumber Salad with Crispy Yuca paired with Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach Bellini
  • Second Course - Lobster and Corn Chowder with Fresh Chive Oil paired with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label
  • Third Course - Sunchoke and Endive Salad with Aged Parmesan, Radish and Goat Cheese Dressing with Balsamic Reduction paired with Veuve Clicquot Rosé
  • Entrée Course - Filet Mignon Roquefort and Port Butter with Spaghetti Squash, Brussels Sprouts and Garlic Mashed Potatoes paired with Veuve Clicquot Vintage 2004
  • Dessert Course - Lemon Curd and French Meringue Tart with Fresh Raspberries and Raspberry Coulis paired with Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec

The Ruth’s Chris Veuve Clicquot Champagne Dinner pricing, times and dates vary by location with an average price of $120 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required for this event.
