Chase Gomez

Inspired by his grandmother’s natural ability in the kitchen and the love she put into everything she prepared, Chef Chase Gomez’s love for cooking grew organically. Between his natural passion for food and his travels around the world, he was motivated to learn more about the industry and completed his culinary training at Johnson & Wales University. Chef Gomez, being in the business for 15 years, still loves the career he chose.

He enjoys the envi¬ronment of the kitchen and excels in problem-solving. “Don’t give me a problem, give me a solution,” he says. One thing Gomez always needs in his kitchen is great team members to work with him and be a part of his team. While Ruth’s Chris may be a franchise, it never feels like one to Chef Gomez—being locally owned and operated by Jeff and Paula Conway makes it feel like a family-owned business.

Tonya Ellison

Tonya joined our company in 2013 and has 18 years of marketing and event planning experience. Her career began in the concert and live entertainment industry where she was responsible for marketing touring events. She later transitioned into managing corporate events for various clients and special events such as PGA sanctioned events, the 123rd Kentucky Derby, NBA All Star Games and several events in Charlotte. She is a member of the Charlotte Junior League, Delts Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, Meeting Planners International, and serves on the board of the McCrorey Family YMCA. She is pursuing her certification to become a Certified Meeting Planner.
