New items such as the crab stack appetizer, colossal seafood tower, roasted Brussels sprouts, lobster mac ‘n’ cheese and signature cuts of beef like the impressive 40 ounce Tomahawk Ribeye and the bone-in New York Strip are expected to be some of the menu’s most popular highlights. In addition, Ruth’s Chris will feature an $8 “Sizzle, Swizzle, Swirl” Happy Hour” Sundays – Fridays, an annual series of (6) 5-course wine and cocktail pairing dinners, seasonal 3-course menus starting at $43.95 per person, offsite catering and state-of-the art private dining rooms.
Prior to opening day, Ruth’s Chris will host private team training dinners benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters that will feature live music from New Orleans-based jazz band, the Storyville Stompers. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with Ruth’s Chris,” stated Pierce Bush, CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star. “Their generosity, along with our other corporate donors, allows our organization to continue to positively impact the lives of more than 2,300 youth in Dallas.”
Ruth’s Chris Steak House was founded by Ruth Fertel 50 years ago in New Orleans, Louisiana. Ruth had a recipe for everything – from how to prepare her signature sizzling steaks to how to treat her guests. This timeless formula is a testament to how one neighborhood eatery has become the largest collection of upscale steak houses in the world, with more than 140 restaurant locations around the globe. Ruth’s Chris remains true to its heritage, helping guests make their best memories on 500-degree sizzling plates. This is how it’s done at Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
