Geoff brings more than twenty years of operations experience to the management team. In his capacity as President of the Steak House division, he oversees and monitors aspects of company owned and franchised restaurant operations with a focus on quality and consistent service, food, and guest experience, while mentoring and supervising nine Regional Vice Presidents and more than forty General Managers.
Previously, Geoff served as Chief Operating Officer of Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Inc after joining the Company in 2001 as Director of Operations. Geoff prides himself on creating and maintaining enthusiastic management teams with a focus on exceeding goals and guest expectations.
Prior to joining Ruth's Chris, Geoff functioned in executive and management roles with several prominent restaurant groups. He served as Vice President of Operations for Capitol Restaurant Concepts Inc. in Washington, DC and in the same capacity for Bertolini's Restaurants Inc. in Chicago. IL. Additionally, Mr. Stiles has operated in management roles for Romano's Macaroni Grill in Dallas, TX and the Olive Garden in Orlando, FL.
