Damon Liever

As EVP, President of Mitchell’s Fish Markets, Damon oversees and monitors all aspects of restaurant operations with a focus on quality and consistent service, food, and guest experience.
Previously, Damon served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Inc. after joining the Company in July of 2007.
Damon adds more than twenty years of restaurant and food service industry experience, including work with some of the nation’s most recognizable brands to the management team. He has held senior management positions at UNO Restaurant Corporation, Black Eyed Pea Restaurants, Yum Brand’s Taco Bell, and Pepsico’s Frito Lay, Inc.
Most recently, Damon served in the capacity as President of Retail Brand Group, LLC, a subsidiary of Sodexho, Inc. While leading Sodexho, Damon’s team received the honor of two “Hot Concept” awards, Jazzman’s Café in 2004 and Pandinis in 2006.
Damon received his MBA from the University of Michigan in 1982. He also holds a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Bucknell University.
