Dan Hannah

Dan Hannah is responsible for development of a new business strategy focused on continued growth of franchise and company operated restaurants. He also oversees franchisee relations. Most recently, Mr. Hannah served as Vice President of Franchise Operations for Famous Dave's of America in Minneapolis, MN. Prior to his work with Famous Dave's, Mr. Hannah served as Vice President of Franchising for Copeland's, a privately held restaurant company based in Metairie, LA. From 1999 through 2001, he was the Senior Director of Franchise Services for Uno Restaurant corporation in Boston, MA. Mr. Hannah has also held various executive management and operations positions for Arnold Palmer Golf Management, Inc., Bistro Management Group, and Carlson Restaurants Worldwide. He is also a minority owner of five Chi Chi's restaurants in the southeast near Atlanta, GA.
