Dave Cattell

Dave is responsible for site selection (real estate) including negotiation of purchase or lease agreement for the development of new operations and for the rehabilitation of existing operations. Dave is also a strategic player in determining the geographic growth plan for our company. Mr. Cattell has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of development including Real Estate, Design, Construction, and Facilities. He served most recently as VP of Restaurant Development at Metromedia Restaurant Group. Dave also directed and managed real estate, construction, architecture, and engineering functions for KFC from 1981 until 1995. He has been involved and developed over 1,350 restaurants all across the U.S.
