James Cannon
Vice President, Culinary

Jim Cannon is responsible for the creation of new product offerings and ensuring the quality and consistency of the RCSH menu. Previously, Mr. Cannon was a partner in Pete Chirila's Original Bucket Shop & Mercantile in Kansas City, Missouri, where he was responsible for concept development. Additionally, Mr. Cannon served as Vice President of Research and Development for Houlihan's Restaurant Group. Mr. Cannon is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy and has served as Chef for numerous prestigious restaurants, including the Conservatory - a four-star restaurant in the Crescent Court Hotel in Dallas, Texas - and The French Room at the Adolphus Hotel, also in Dallas.
