Do I have to rent tables and chairs or do you provide them?
Yes, tables and chairs need to be arranged. Whether you make the arrangements for them yourself or through Ruth's Catering.
Does Ruth's Catering provide linen, china, silverware and glassware?
Linen, china and all glassware are provided, depending upon the menu style you choose, such as a full sit down dinner.
Do you offer taste tests?
Taste tests are offered to clients who have already booked with Ruth's Catering and have a deposit on file.
Payments
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are accepted for final payment, provided they are received at least fourteen business days prior to an event.
When is my final payment due?
Your estimated bill payment is due fourteen business days prior to your event, and is based upon your estimated guest count. Any additions will be billed after the function.
Is a deposit required to hold my date?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your requested event date.
What if I have to cancel my event, is my deposit refundable?
Events may be canceled without penalty up to 60 days in advance of the event date. Events canceled with less than 60 days' notice will forfeit all deposits.
Is my deposit applied to my final bill?
Yes, your deposit is deducted from your final bill.
