Enjoy the taste of New Orleans as we pair some classic Ruth's Chris style recipes with some outstanding wines from around the world! The menu is as follows First Course: Oysters Rockefeller with Champagne reception ; Second Course: Louisiana Seafood Gumbo paired with Domaine Vocoret & Fils Chablis Burgundy, France, 2009; Third Course: Snapper Etouffee served over Sauteed Spinach paired with Paul Dolan Sauvignon Blanc, CA 2010; Fourth Course: Blackened Cajun Seasoned Filet & Potatoes Au Gratin paired with Girard Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa, CA 2009 and finish with a New Orleans classic Bananas Foster!
