Join us on September 24th at 7:00pm for an evening of culinary and wine delight. Our Chef and Sommelier have prepared a wonderful menu. Napa Chandon Sparkling Reception at 7:00pm. First Course: Ruth's Crabtini paired with BV Chardonnay, Carneros, Napa Valley, 2007 Second Course: New Orleans Style BBQ Short Ribs paired with BV "Reserve" Tapestry, Napa Valley, 2006 Third Course: Roasted Tenderloin of North American Bison with Oven Roasted Vegetables. Paired with BV Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, 2006 Dessert Course: Ruth's Classic Banana Cream Pie paired with a vintage Tawny Port. $79 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
