Ruth’s Chris Steak House Opens Franchise in Salt Lake City, Utah

Heathrow, Fla., May 17, 2010 –Ruth’s Hospitality Group (Nasdaq: RUTH) announced the opening of its newest and 131st restaurant in Salt Lake City, Utah. The franchise-owned restaurant is situated in the heart of the Dining and Entertainment District of Downtown Salt Lake City.

Ruth’s Chris Salt Lake City is 9500 square feet, seats 250 and boasts five elegant private rooms with state-of-the-art media and satellite capabilities. The former Chase Bank located at 275 S West Temple was converted to the elegantly appointed restaurant by Tom Stuart Construction, who also added a 2000 square foot kitchen in the former drive-thru lanes. The former 2 foot thick walled vault is now a open semi-private dining room off the 20 seat bar.  Guests in Salt Lake City will now be able to enjoy New Orleans-inspired appetizers, the finest U.S.D.A. Prime steaks, fresh seafood and classic desserts, all complemented by an award-winning wine list.
