Heathrow,Fla., June 29, 2009– Ruth’s Hospitality Group (Nasdaq: RUTH) today announced the opening of asecond franchised Ruth’s Chris Steak House location in Downtown St. Louis,Missouri. The restaurant is operated by Larry Griggers, who also owns a secondRuth’s Chris Steak House location in the St. Louis area, as well as twoIndianapolis restaurants and another location in Mishawaka, Indiana.
Locatedin the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Riverfront, Ruth’s Chris Steak House is a 12,000square foot restaurant featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen and a beautifully decoratedinterior. The main dining room has capacity for over 175, and the bar canaccommodate another 100 guests.
