Ruth's Chris Steak House Opens in South Barrington, Illinois
Heathrow, Fla., November 10, 2008 – Ruth’sChris Steak House (Nasdaq: RUTH) today announced the opening of itsSouth Barrington, Illinois restaurant, marking the Company’s thirdlocation in the state of Illinois. Ruth’s Chris also has restaurants inChicago and Northbrook. Ruth’s Chris now has a total of 129 restaurantsworldwide.
The South Barrington Ruth’s Chris Steak House is located in TheArboretum of South Barrington, an 86-acre open-air mall featuringtop-name luxury retailers, located at Route 72/Higgins Road and Route59. The restaurant seats more than 240 guests and also offers threeprivate dining areas that accommodate up to 80 to100 guests.
