Ruth's Chris Steak House Opens In Princeton, New Jersey
Heathrow, Fla., July 28, 2008 -- Ruth's Chris Steak House (Nasdaq: RUTH), today announced the opening of its Princeton location, bringing the total number of restaurants to 127 worldwide. This is Ruth's Chris third location in the state of New Jersey.

The Princeton Ruth's Chris restaurant is centrally located in Forrestal Village at 2 Village Boulevard. The Princeton restaurant features seating for more than 200 guests, as well as three private dining areas.
